If Unique Therapies ever says anything in a session that the client feels uncomfortable with or the client has any concerns with the way the collaboration is working, please let Unique Therapies know as soon as possible so that the matter can be resolved to your satisfaction.
For the seasons to be effective, the client has to be open, honest, candid and share responsibility, with the full understanding that they are responsible for undertaking their agreed actions in order to achieve their results.
Unique Therapies recognises that anything the client shares with is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information.
Unless the client agrees otherwise in writing, Unique Therapies undertakes not to, at any time, disclose any information the client shares with Unique Therapies during their sessions, unless failing to do so, could jeopardise the safety of the client or other third parties.
Unique Therapies take appropriate measures to safeguard the information we hold from unauthorised access or improper use. Our data is stored in a secure, protected environment. Only users subject to equivalent security measures, are authorised by Unique Therapies have access to this data.
Changing appointment times: Rescheduling or cancellations of appointments should be advised directly to Unique Therapies at least 48 hours prior before the planned time/date.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given to Unique Therapies reserves the right to charge a 50% fee up to a maximum of the whole session fee.
Zero Tolerance: Unique Therapies Ltd retain the right to terminate this agreement if the client engages in harassment, abuse or discrimination during the sessions, are convicted of an offense or in their reasonable opinion, cannot benefit from the session.
Additional services that are in addition to the session fees will always be agreed in advance with the client.
